Jazz Game etc.

As part of the UFDA (Utah Funeral Directors Association) convention we witnessed the pummeling of the Utah Jazz, courtesy of the Phoenix Suns. However; we did get to go on to the arena floor and shoot around and let the kids run wild. Kinda fun--the kids might have appreciated it if they were a little older, but hey it's a huge place to explore and they had a good time. The picture of Ava, Karson, and Koben is from when Karson stayed with us for a few days while his mom and dad were out of town. The kids really enjoyed getting to know their cousin a little better. They were so cute together.

I Love Winter!

Last Thursday I got the chance to go snowmobiling up at Fairview with my brother-in-law Brad. The weather was perfect and the snow was great! Brad had not been on a snowmobile for years, but he did great on his first day out. Here are a couple of pictures and videos that I took. My favorite is the one where he heads up the hill and disappears behind the tree. It sounds like he is still going up the hill but really he's not.




Most of the morning was absolutely spectacular as far as the weather goes.

Notice the steep terrain here that caused him to tip over!

We had to steer clear of any questionable slopes due to a fair amount of snow and a ton of wind as you can tell.....Or I'm sure we would have climbed much larger hills. Of course pictures and videos never do justice to the steepness of any hill. Just ask Brad.

Birthday # 3 for Koben

Koben turned 3 today. What a cute kid, we love him so much! His favorite things right now are anything to do with Toy Story, motorcycles, and his cousins and he got to have all of those around for his birthday. Thanks to all those who could come and celebrate with us.

The Family

I just thought I would take a minute to introduce some of Frank's family to those of our blog readers who don't know them. We were up at the Frank's parents last week for Christmas and a few snapshots were taken so we decided to show everyone. But First I wanted to show you a picture of Frank's great-great grandparents--you know, just to explain things! I really thought these snapshots turned out nice. What do you think?
